Flying Car Simulator is a 3D open-world driving game developed by Blue Axis and released in June 2019. Unlike traditional driving games that keep you grounded, this one lets you take to the skies at the press of a button. Drive through a detailed city environment, then hit F to deploy your wings and soar above the rooftops like an airplane. It’s the best of both worlds — street racing and free flight in one seamless experience.
The game is built with Unity WebGL and features a surprisingly large city map to explore. You can cruise through streets, weave between buildings, or climb to extreme altitudes and look down at the entire map below. The flying mechanics are smooth and responsive, giving you full control over pitch, roll, and altitude. When you’re ready to land, just press F again and your car transforms back for ground driving.
Nitro boost adds an extra layer of excitement — hold Shift to blast forward at high speed whether you’re on the ground or in the air. The physics are arcade-style rather than realistic, which makes the game accessible and fun rather than frustrating. You don’t need to worry about fuel or damage — just enjoy the freedom of exploring the city from every angle.
The graphics are solid for a browser game, with decent building models, road textures, and lighting effects. The city has highways, residential areas, and open spaces that all look distinct from above. Flying between skyscrapers at top speed with nitro engaged is genuinely thrilling.
